Sonny Young (He/Him) is an actor born and raised in Tyler, Texas, currently pursuing a BFA in Acting for Stage and Screen at Texas State University.

Sonny approaches his work with vulnerability and a strong commitment to truth. Whether on stage or in front of the camera, Sonny brings a collaborative spirit and a willingness to take audacious risks for the sake of the project. 

Artists that Sonny looks up to include Colman Domingo, Kelvin Harris Jr. and Zendaya.
When he's not performing, Sonny enjoys watching films then immediately reviewing them on his Letterboxd, watching/reading works of theatre,  journaling, 9AM walks, working out, photography and meditating at sunset by any body of water he can find.
